When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 3pm (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Our delivery option comes with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning.

What will my parcel look like?

To ensure your discretion, your order will arrive in plain tamper-proof packaging with its contents concealed so that there is no indication of what is inside the parcel.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to over 50 nations worldwide. Worldwide deliveries will usually take around 2-10 working days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Being able to track your order provides you with peace of mind and helps you to know when your order is on its way. When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email and include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do?

If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your local post office may have already tried to deliver your order. You can also contact us and our customer service team will do all that they can to resolve any issue with your delivery.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend's house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, because we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody needs to know what you have ordered
